INTRO

Hi, I’m Desiree! First, I would like to thank you for making it this far and considering me as your Photographer. Second, I’m not “just” your Photographer. I am the person you trust enough to capture your most precious and intimate moments. Everything from a fun couples date session, to an engagement, and eventually your wedding day! Even when you decide to start a family and all the milestone that follow. I want to be there for it all, freezing those moments in time and giving you something that will be treasured forever.

MY STYLE

I would consider myself a true-to-color Photographer. I love to create sharp, beautiful, and timeless imagery that will stand the test of time, using a combination of both editorial and documentary style images. I keep my editing to a minimum while emphasizing the natural colors, moods, and emotions of the day. As a lover of beauty, romance, and connection, I want to embody all of that when capturing you and YOUR story.

BIO

My path to photography began in high school and continued into college, where I graduated with a bachelors degree in Business. Then “adulthood” happened and I neglected what was just a hobby at the time. After several years, while working full time in an office, I got inspired again after being asked to take some pictures for a friend and suddenly my spark came back! I decided this was something that I could seriously pursue and I’ve since invested in better equipment and really dove into learning everything I could. Photography is one of those fields where the learning never stops and I continue to look for ways to grow, both technically and creatively.

Another passion of mine is travel. So far, I have had the wonderful opportunity to travel to many incredible places around the world, including spending a semester in Peru, studying in Spain, walking the Camino de Santiago, along with many other places. It is an absolute dream of mine to be able to incorporate my love of travel with my love of photography somehow. Who knows, maybe one day I’ll be booking sessions/weddings all over the world!
